HYPNOSIS_PICThis is where a hypnotherapist induces a hypnotic state in a client to increase motivation or alter behaviour patterns.

Hypnosis is a natural state.   DID YOU KNOW that even if you have not been officially hypnotised you will, in fact, have experienced   hypnosis many times in your life?   It is similar to the moments just before sleeping or the first moments upon waking. It is like daydreaming.   When you are hypnotised you are neither awake nor asleep.   So while you are in a relaxing, trance state, hypnosis allows direct access into your subconscious and hypnotherapy is the practical application of hypnosis, where patterns of behaviour can be changed and understandings reached without the stress of conscious mind.

Hypnotherapy has been used throughout the ages. Ancient Egypt, Greece, Ancient China and India all have references to Hypnosis for health in historical texts.

Types of  Hypnosis

Although Jane Nash is primarily a Kappasinian Hypnotherapist, as a Master Hypnotist she is also proficient in Erickson, Elman and Estabrooks methodologies.  This means that the best method of hypnosis can be utilized for each client according to individual needs

Medical Referral

In some cases, depending upon your physical or mental condition and treatment sought, you may be required to obtain a referral from your Doctor.   Your safety and health are of primary importance. Forms are supplied (free of charge) to ensure hypnotherapy will not impinge on any existing treatment.

What can Hypnotherapy Treat?

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anything the mind controls or plays a part in controlling... a few examples are listed below - please call if you have a problem or query that isn't on the list ... chances are .. it can be treated using Hypnotherapy
